College Republican’s United at Arizona State University held an event today asking students to report “their criminal classmates to ICE for deportations”. The event was met with widespread protests from adult students at ASU and officials who are illegally disrupting ICE operations.

“If they are choosing not to abide by (the legal immigration process), and they’re on campus taking the spot of a position where an American citizen should be there instead, that’s obviously something that needs to be fixed,” said Rick Thomas, the founder of CRU and the treasurer of Republicans United LLC. The student organization is also selling shirts with their logo on the front and the title “ICE Volunteer” on the back, as well as the logo of the Department of Homeland Security.

CRU Founder Rick Thomas has confirmed that he has “already received a death threat.” Thomas replied that he would be reporting it to the FBI which triggered an explative-nword-filled-rant which was recorded. Listen to the recording which does include inappropriate adult language and repeatedly saying “we coming for y’all”, “report it to FBI”, and “we coming to dismantle y’all completely“.

Isaiah Alvarado, President of College Republicans United at Arizona State University. said “This is not an act of hate or bigotry, this is an act of love for the American Nation”. His full statement can be seen below:

“The tabling event on Friday which others have raised concerns is simply to inform and guide voluntary students with the proper steps that they can take to report criminals in violation of U.S. immigration and border law. Citizens and students of their volition can volunteer information to law enforcement. The event is being held for those who wish to know more about what legal actions they can take to help law enforcement through tips and witness reports. This event is in no violation of any law. Regardless of what others feel about our speech, it is illegal to limit the speech within this event for no “harassment, targeting, or violence” has been levied against any individuals or groups.

Reporting crimes is not only a civic responsibility but also a fundamental aspect of maintaining public safety and the rule of law. Law enforcement agencies rely on public cooperation to effectively address unlawful activities, and providing information through legal channels is an essential part of that process.

This event fully complies with all laws and university policies. Despite differing opinions on the matter, the First Amendment protects our right to engage in this discussion, since no harassment, targeting, or incitement of violence has occurred. We welcome respectful dialogue and encourage anyone with questions to engage in civil discussion rather than attempting to suppress free speech.”

Frida Guzmán, the student director of Inclusive Excellence, wrote an email criticizing the tabling and asking for action from ASASU to “ensure that ASU’s charter and reputation as a University are upheld and respected.” She continued, “The event that College Republicans United is planning will be harmful and threatening to students, faculty, and staff,” Guzmán wrote. “Furthermore, it is in direct opposition to the ASU charter, by attempting to exclude members of our student body and not taking responsibility for the overall health of the community that ASU serves.”

Democrat Arizona Representative Greg Stanton had this to say in a public X post “I’m in contact with ASU leadership about discriminatory and threatening social media posts circulating from an ASU student group. ASU is investigating the matter, and I am confident appropriate action will be taken. Every student must feel safe on campus.”

Fake Attorney General Kris Mayes chimed in on a public X post saying “This is abhorrent behavior by this extreme right group at ASU. Every student should be able to feel safe on campus. It’s appalling to see this division and hatred in our community. Dreamers in Arizona, know that I will never stop fighting to protect you.”

Interfering with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations can lead to significant legal consequences under federal law.

According to Title 8, U.S. Code, Section 1324, which addresses bringing in and harboring certain aliens:
  • Obstruction of justice can lead to up to 5 years in prison.
  • Aiding and abetting illegal activity can result in up to 10 years in prison.
These penalties are for actions that involve obstructing, interfering with, or preventing the apprehension or detention of individuals who are in the United States illegally. This includes but is not limited to, hiding or shielding these individuals from ICE operations.

Readers are encouraged to report the administration particularly the President of Arizona State University Michael M. Crow @michaelcrow and the Arizona Board of Regents @AZRegents and the fake AG Kris Mayes @AZAGMayes (who are all traitors to Arizona and America) and adult students and faculty interfering with ICE operations using the ICE Tip Form https://www.ice.gov/webform/ice-tip-form and to Border Czar Tom Homan @RealTomHoman and ICE @ICEgov .
