Corrupt Mohave County Republican Chair Jeanne Kentch is instituting “Hitler-like” tribunals against dissent called a “Conduct Council” Just 4 days after Dan Farley (a violent, racist, narcissist who was recently censured and his resignation demanded for trying to destroy the Republican Party by a majority vote of the Maricopa County EGC including board and LD chairs) spoke at the Mohave County Republican Central Committee quarterly meeting on September 30, 2023 as a featured guest speaker. One Mohave PC said: “MCRCC is becoming the gestapo. Seriously unglued.” A second commented “this is akin to Hitler-like policies, which are unacceptable in the Republican Party.” Below see the agenda from the quarterly meeting where Dan is mentioned. In the below email from Mohave County Republican Chair Jeanne Kentch, she creates the Conduct Council saying it: “accepts conduct violations and considers consequences for the inappropriate actions.”
As the Nazis worked to consolidate their power and build a cohesive “national community,” suppression of dissent played a key role. In 1933, the Nazis issued a decree that required Germans to turn in anyone who spoke against the party, its leaders, or the government (see reading,Outlawing the Opposition in Chapter 5). To enforce the decree, the Nazis set up special courts to try people who were accused of “malicious attacks.” In December 1934, the government replaced the decree with the “Law against Malicious Attacks on State and Party,” adding a clause that criminalized “malicious, rabble-rousing remarks or those indicating a base mentality” against the Nazi Party or high-ranking government or party officials.

Without naming Ference in his letter, Farley questioned the timing and effectiveness of the censures. Farley message to Ference on Sunday: Fellow MCRC EGC Members – I have seen what seems to be an alarming trend emerging in our MCRC EGC meetings. We commonly have an agenda and someone interjects to add another censure/recall/resignation motion to the agenda and we spend considerable time on it. The last one which passed our body criticized Stephen Richer for things that aren’t even in his job duties, which doesn’t reflect well on us. It makes us look like we don’t know what we’re talking about. What did passing this censure accomplish? Has Richer resigned? What if he did, then where would we be? Richer is providing us more information at MCRC than he is required to. Is the best timing to do something like this now? I am tired of our meetings being hijacked by the same person for censures. It feels tyrannical and haphazard by the actions of this person, implying a purity test each time a censure is introduced, no matter how well or poorly thought out it is.”
The clear sabotage of printers in only Republican areas under Richer and Gates in the 2022 General election and the release of “The Twitter Files” proves both the Richer and Gates censures and the Maricopa LD3 Censure of the FBI in August was absolutely correct and lead the way with courage and integrity despite massive backlash from Uniparty Republicans like Dan Farley, Michal Joyner, and Eric Morgan, all now running for State and County GOP positions. Once again Dan Farley was absolutely wrong. You can even hear one of their allies try to destroy the entire LD over it, specifically mentioning the FBI censure in a long-winded Biden-like rant: Legislative District 3 Precinct Committeeman Michele Swinick on her show played the full audio (fast forward to 13:40) of the divisive, Biden-like speech which LD3 1st Vice Chair gave on September 8th in lieu of an officer report. Michele described the speech as “this is really Liz Cheney” and “Biden-esque without the red lights and the marines”. She noted it was “uncalled for” and “out of order” and that the statements made were “not true” and asked “where is all this hatred coming from?”. Dan Farley and Michal Joyner were in attendance that night.
Per witnesses, Brian (Red Shirt) and Dan (White Shirt) were “standing 3 feet apart” and Brian was “defenseless with hands behind his back” having a “pretty civil conversation and (Brian’s) tone didn’t change at all” about “Define a RINO?”. The answer given was Liz Cheney and Rusty Bowers. Then Dan “struck you with an audible thud and I saw you fly backwards…he pushed you back 3 feet”. At approximately 10:51pm on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the Legislative District 14 Chair Andrew Adams followed me outside after the MCRC EGC Board Meeting in order to intimidate me and threatened physical violence in front of multiple witnesses. (see video of the tail end of the encounter below)
Witnesses had this to say:
Witness 1: “I saw Andrew Adams holding up and leading out the door, He held it open and stared at Brian Ference as he was walking through the door. Brian didn’t turn to acknowledge him or engage. I held back talking to someone, then in the parking lot I saw Andrew engaging Brian. Brian said “I’m trying to leave”.”
Witness 2: “I went inside and waited when Brian came down the stairs speaking with (Name Omitted). Andrew Adams was in front of Brian and exited the building. I was exiting the building with Brian when Andrew turned around and waited for us outside. We started walking down the sidewalk and Andrew walked directly behind us. When we were walking in the parking lot, Andrew stated to Brian “I see you have your girlfriends with you.” Then Andrew started insulting Brian and saying he would “Meet Brian any day in the parking lot.” Around this time Brian pulled out his phone to record the incident.
Witness 3: “When we left the complex Andrew Adams made sure to let us walk in front of him. He was looking angry at Brian the hole time and said “Oh, you got your two bitches to defend you?” I turned to him to ask him if he called me a bitch. There was some follow up conversation but I didn’t pay attention as I was more focused on keeping an eye on Andrew’s hands to see if he was going to try and hit me.”

Prior Drug Conviction and Juvenile Arrests
Andrew Adams was sentenced for a Drug Conviction on March 8, 2010. A review of the Chandler Police Departmental Report #0902756 refers to Andrew Adams listed in a drug buyers phone contact list as “Andrew Coke guy.” This points to likely prior hard drug sales/use by drug dealer Andrew Adams. The police report also provided evidence he was considered a “major drug dealer” and indicated Andrew had prior “Juvenile History” arrests. See the charges he pled guilty to, served probation, and had reduced to a misdemeanor in below screenshots of the police report:

According to an anonymous AZGOP Board Member, Jeff Dewit has lead the AZGOP into a 3 year mortgage of approximately $1 Million for their downtown office. They are currently making interest only payments with a balloon payment due at the end of the term. It is unclear if this is at an adjustable rate which will continue to adjust higher as interest rates rise.
This is yet another example of reckless deficit spending in violation of the Fiscal Responsibility and Balancing the Budget in the GOP Republican Platform.
Recently, I asked the question “Was the real reason the AZGOP reformed as an LLC (what 2 years ago?) to help with bankruptcy? That’s where Jeff Dewit is leading. Or was it to wrestle control away from the PEOPLE in violation of Statute? There is no form of redress layed out within the LLC. It appears illegal and should be dissolved!” This now appears the case more than ever.
I reached out to Jeff Dewit for comment, but he did not respond as of the publishing of this article.

Mounting evidence exposes questionable past and ties as well as the motives of Merissa Hamilton aka Merissa Mastropier, aka Marissa Brown from EZAZ.org. Chief among these are former ties to FreedomWorks, who according to an article in Breitbart News has questionable ties to groups like George Soros and the Koch Brothers. Merrissa’s linkedin page lists her previously as a “Full Time National Grassroots Director” for FreedomWorks for over 1 year and 3 months. It appears that Merissa was recently laid off from the organization (May 2023) along with 40% staff layoffs: “FreedomWorks recently laid off 40 percent of its staff and Brandon himself says it would have been more lucrative to simply stay the course. “The easiest thing for us to do is just to be knee-jerk conservative … If you do that, there’s a lot more money there,” he said.” An article in the Arizona Daily Independent cites Freedomworks partnering with EZAZ.org in their new headquarters building and efforts. Saying:
“With the opening of this new FreedomWorks office, Arizona will become a flagship state for grassroots organizing,” said Merissa Hamilton. “This facility will be the central hub for GOTV efforts, voter education, activist training, and special events during election and legislative cycles. As the premier grassroots organization in the country, FreedomWorks is committed to mobilizing, educating, and training the largest network of effective grassroots activists advocating for the principles of smaller government, lower taxes, free markets, personal liberty, and the rule of law. This new flagship office further demonstrates our commitment as a service center organization to the more than 46,000 passionate FreedomWorks activists here in the Grand Canyon State.”
A Politico Article quotes FreedomWorks as rebranding saying “One of the most renowned political groups to have branched off from the Koch Brothers’ network has decided to transform itself into a more moderate group, one sounding traditionally libertarian notes while pursuing the types of ideological compromise it used to eschew. In a presentation intended for donors, lawmakers and others obtained by POLITICO, the group called for a “New FreedomWorks for a New World.” The presentation outlined the beliefs of independent voters who embrace such concepts as “climate realism” and “abortion options.””
In a letter to donors and staff, the FreedomWorks group’s president Adam Brandon said:
“…conservatives no longer showed commitment to the philosophy of limited government and appealed for modesty on social policy. At the heart of the attempted transformation is research conducted by FreedomWorks that shows suburban independent voters support “tolerance and choice,” Brandon wrote. He stressed that for the group to be successful, it must embrace those values and “become a beacon of sanity in turbulent times.” “For this group of independents, gay marriage is a settled issue,” Brandon told donors and staff. “Concerning abortion, they believe the old adage that the issue should be safe, legal, and rare. What appeals to the partisan base does not appeal to this demographic. This demographic is rejecting the Democratic message, but they aren’t taking to the Republican message.” The shift represents a step back from the MAGA-policy wars the group tried to fight during the Trump years. But it has also drawn skepticism from some former FreedomWorks staff who believe Brandon’s motivation stems from trying to keep the group afloat financially and not from any larger ideological conviction. One skeptic noted that FreedomWorks recently engaged in the same hot-button culture issues that Brandon now calls political toxins.”
Likewise, the libertarian FreedomWorks organization is applying for a small business loan despite their billionaire backing by the Koch brothers. The Times reported:
“The Congressional Progressive Caucus Center’s application for a $160,000 loan is awaiting resolution, as is FreedomWorks Foundation’s request for $300,000, according to officials at the groups. [Emphasis added]The American Civil Liberties Union’s national office has not applied but 14 of its state affiliates have, and at least one received a loan — of $154,000 — so far, said Anthony D. Romero, the executive director of the A.C.L.U. [Emphasis added]A “small” loan request by Liberty Counsel, a conservative legal group supporting Mr. Trump’s plan to reopen the country, is still pending, said the organization’s chairman. An application from Media Matters has been hampered by a technical problem, said a person familiar with the process, who was not aware if the group had reapplied.”
O. Perkel had this to say “She, is not registered as a lobbyist, no Ecorp. filed for “EZAZ.” (grassroots) If your goal is 501 (c) 3 you need 2 start with; IRS application and Ecorp. Filed with state. EZAZ is under the larger umbrella ☂️ 501 (c) 4 FreedomWorks. #grift”. An anonymous reader pointed out that “Merissa is president and controlling officer of 501c(3) Strong Communities Action, yet the group has missed three consecutive periods of not filing which should void the 501 Status.”
Merissa Hamilton, who was a failed candidate for both Mayor/Governor in 2020 and Senate in 2015 in Arizona as a Libertarian candidate, was also previously registered as Libertarian and Independent before switching to Republican. Marissa held a fund raiser at the house of Dr. Ronald Yunis in Phoenix. The obstetrician, gynecologist, and abortion doctor faced criminal charges for allegedly pointing a handgun at pro-life protesters outside the abortion clinic where he works. A liberal deep dive dive into Merissa’s past reviewed multiple divorces, bankruptcy’s, home equity loans, and PPP loans. Merissa was asked to step down as the Maricopa Libertarian Party Vice Chair over allegedly false accusations of child molestation with no physical evidence.

A Secretary of State search shows “FORGED COMMUNICATIONS LLC” registered to Jake Hoffman at the same address. A 2020 Arizona Republic article quoted “Hoffman has said he is the president of and CEO of Rally Forge, the firm that was banned, which he called “one of the nation’s top conservative digital and communications agencies“. An anonymous source had this to say about the Merissa/Hoffman connection: “Two thirds of her money went to Hoffman, and then she miraculously becomes part of their larger network steering other groups under a singular message that coincides with Turning Point and “Freedom Caucus” narratives.”
Requests for comment sent to Ms. Hamilton by multiple channels were not immediately returned.
