In an email dated November 14, 2024, Candace Czarny finally admitted defeat after 2 years of fraudulently claiming she was the “Official LD3 Chair”, committing campaign finance fraud raising tens of thousands of dollars while impersonating a political party, engaging in multiple frivolous lawsuits against Republicans costing the party over $70,000, committing fraud in creating an LLC stealing the LD3 Party name, relentlessly spamming hundreds of precinct committeemen weekly with propaganda and lies, and defaming dozens of MAGA Republicans and the Maricopa County Republican Committee in statewide communications campaigns. She states simply “The judge’s ruling is in, and unfortunately, the case was not made to convince the judge of our official capacity to represent the precinct committeemen.” and she cancels her fake election meeting saying “Pursuant to the Judges Ruling, the meeting scheduled for November 18th has been cancelled.”
Will this Democrat agent who has created nothing but chaos and division apologize? Will she return all the money she stole? Will she repay the $70,000 in legal fees? Will she be sued for $300,000 in defamation?
Czarny’s financial backers including AZ House Member Joe Chaplik and US District 1 Representative David Schweikert now have a new strategy, to run a new slate of board members, the majority of which who have donated to the fraud, been named as Czarny election captains, and distributed fake Golden Tickets which created vote-splitting and resulted in Democrats winning seats on School Boards.
