Scott Presler is being called out by multiple large accounts on X for denying election fraud in the recent Lancaster County, PA Senate seat loss which was previously held by Republicans for over 46 consecutive years. Liz Harrington of War Room said “Something stinks in Pennsylvania… The 36th district has not had a Democrat state Senator “since it moved from Philadelphia to Lancaster County in 1979.” Lancaster County went +16 for Trump just 4 months ago And yet we’re supposed to believe *Republicans* put the Democrat candidate over the top with MAIL-IN votes? I.e. there were more mail-in votes for the Democrat candidate than Democrat voters who requested them.”
Scott Presler denied any fraud in the election saying: “I stand by my comments. You are wrongfully telling people the election was rigged when it wasn’t. You have no evidence that there was any wrongdoing in this election. I was on the ground – you were not. By telling people it’s rigged, you make it harder to win in 2026.”
Presler was next challenged by MJ Truth Ultra saying “This morning, I posted about real concerns all of us had regarding the PA Special Elections that took place. I received an unfriendly message from @ScottPresler demanding me to stop spreading “misinformation”. My concerns were: 1. the vote tallies were within a .89% margin, suggesting an algorithm was used (just like it has been documented in the past.. on record) 2. Democrats always start off with a 30% mail-in ballot lead. I appreciate Scott’s work more than most, but I will not be silenced as a voter who has VERY REAL concerns that still exist that we all can see with our own eyes. Why does Scott Presler not recognize that mail-in ballots and voting machines are still a problem? Even Donald Trump recognizes this and vocally demands we move away from voting machines to paper ballots… and limit mail in voting because it’s ripe with fraud. Everyone should ask Scott why he ignores these issues? Does everyone feel like mail in ballots and voting machines are not an issue anymore? Scott, please read the room.”
Scott Presler’s Heavy Involvement in the Lancaster Count, PA Senate Loss
On March 5, 2025, Presler posted that he was focused on the PA race saying “Right now, I am focused on New Jersey & Pennsylvania.” On March 9, 2025, Presler posted regarding the PA election tagging Republican candidate Josh Parsons and saying “Our Republican candidate is @Josh_Parsons. Join me on Monday to knock on doors & on Tuesday to register voters”.
Presler’s efforts proved ineffective as the 46-year held Republican seat was lost to a Democrat in a shock that resounded through Republicans in Pennsylvania. President Donald Trump has previously called out the 2020 Election in Pennsylvania saying “It was a Very Corrupt Election… I Won by a Lot. You’re Going to Find that Out. The Documents are There!” and “There’s been a lot of cheating going on…People have never seen anything like it, and we have to stop it.”

Role in the Epstein Files Binder Scam & Other Scandals
Scott Presler was recently embarrassed as one of the paid Turning Point Influencers who helped Attorney General Pam Bondi push the infamous Epstein Files binder nothing-burger scam. Investigative Journalist Leah Hoopes said “What in the literal f*ck is this??? Of what motherf*cking qualifications does Scott Presler have to be looking at this binder?? This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This information belongs to the people,period. Not a gatekeeper ,social media influencer ,who wouldn’t even talk about fraud of the 2020 election. In 2016 Presler, was allegedly fired from his work with the Republican Party of Virginia after he “engaged in sexual activity inside a Virginia Beach office the RNC shared with the state party – and posted explicit pictures of the encounter on Craigslist.” He is also accused of doxing RNC committee members emails addresses.

Stern filed a sexual assault report alleging Tate “nearly choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter”. Tate is also facing rape charges.
